At Williams Group Consultants (“WGC”), Butterfly Typeface Publishing (“BTP”), and IrisMWilliams.com (“IMW”), we take pride in delivering high-quality creative, consulting, and publishing services. Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales of services, digital products, and customized deliverables are subject to the terms below.
All payments for consulting, writing, editing, publishing, design services, and digital products are non-refundable once work has begun, files have been created, or services have been delivered.
Because every project involves time, professional labor, creative development, and coordination with third-party vendors (such as illustrators, editors, and printers), refunds cannot be issued after any portion of the work has been performed.
Refunds are not available for:
If you need to reschedule, we will accommodate when possible if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Because publishing involves multiple stages of professional work, refunds are not issued after a project has begun.

If no work has started, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees, typically up to 25% of the project total.

You will receive all completed files and materials prepared up to that point.
Custom packages (editing + formatting + design + consulting + launch support) are non-refundable once:
These packages are considered partially or fully delivered upon commencement of work.
Rush or expedited services are 100% non-refundable, regardless of project stage.

Digital products cannot be “returned,” and access is provided immediately upon purchase.
If a digital file is defective or corrupted, we will provide a replacement copy at no cost.
